Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
- Worldwide delivery - Standard delivery on all orders £3.50 
- Dispatch: Orders shipped within 1-3 business days. 
- Delays: Rare, but if it happens, we'll update you ASAP.

Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Window: Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

- Conditions: Products unused, in original packaging.
- Return Cost is to be paid by the buyer  
- Process: Contact us via website/email for returns advice and instructions.  We'll refund/exchange ASAP (usually 5-7 days post-receipt).
- Exceptions: Items that show signs of use or opening will not be refunded 

Refunds
- Method: Original payment method.
- Timeframe: Within 14 days of receiving return.
- Note: Refunds exclude shipping costs (unless faulty product).

Faulty Products
If faulty, we'll cover return postage and issue a full refund/exchange.
